January 5th, 2010: Major update!! We now provide predictions based on genotype-phenotype pairs from Stanford's HIVdb. Unfortunately, the number of training samples is still low (around 120 matched genotype-phenotype pairs per drug). As a consequence, we declared these prediction results as 'beta version'.
