Geno2pheno [integrase]

New January 5th, 2010: Major update!! We now provide predictions based on genotype-phenotype pairs from Stanford's HIVdb. Unfortunately, the number of training samples is still low (around 120 matched genotype-phenotype pairs per drug). As a consequence, we declared these prediction results as 'beta version'.
This is the new service geno2pheno[integrase]. Although we did several test-runs, we cannot guarantee for perfect stability at the moment. In case you observe any problems, please don't hesitate to contact us (integrase@geno2pheno.org)

On submitting below a sequence containing the Integrase region of the HIV-1 pol gene, you will obtain a sequence alignment to the reference strain HXB2 and a prediction whether the corresponding virus is has mutations associated with resistance to integrase inhibitors.

1. Identifier (optional)
Do not use patient names!
2. Sequence containing the Integrase region of pol: upload from file (plain sequence or FASTA format):

3. Option:

4. Action:

You will make prediction № 3848. Service started February 1, 2008.
